Unfortunately, there's no way to get rid of them for good. Once they're done with and the Dark Realm disappears, two more snakes will spawn upon Yatsu-no-Kami's body. The two smaller snakes are fairly weak, taking roughly two combos to finish off, so make them your main priority. We strongly recommend not locking on to any of the snakes - rather running about the battlefield and chipping away at their health bars as and when you can. ![]() The two snakes attached to the boss' main body detach themselves and start fighting you, meaning that you've got three different enemies to think about. It all changes once you enter the Dark Realm, however. That'll happen fairly often, allowing you to position yourself in a good place for the rest of the fight. They're all fairly easy to dodge or run away from, so start off by chipping away at Yatsu-no-Kami's health bar when an opening appears. Basic attacks consist of swipes with its tails, poison daggers, lunges which can be Burst Countered, and the ability to make snakes shoot up from the ground. It starts off the fight with a main head and two minor faces on either side, but you'll want to begin the battle by targetting its body. Yastu-no-Kami takes inspiration of the Medusa-like enemies you've been fighting throughout The Viper's Sanctum mission. Here's how you beat Yatsu-no-Kami in Nioh 2. ![]() It looks rather cool, but we're here to kill it. How do you beat Yatsu-no-Kami in Nioh 2? How do you kill the boss in The Viper's Sanctum mission? You've reached the end of the third main mission and this serpent-like demon is probably the most extravaganet enemy you've faced yet.
